Chez Guillaume

Chez Guillaume takes place in the former ceremonial hall of the private mansion of capitoul Jean Bolé, in the heart of Toulouse. This apartment, spread over three levels, offers a warm and comfortable setting for those coming to settle in the city for a professional project, a temporary relocation, or a long-term stay.

From the moment you enter, the natural light streaming through the large French windows, the high ceilings, and the Murano chandelier hanging at the center of the room immediately catch your eye. The space exudes a gentle ambiance, facing the cobblestone courtyard, the chartreuse, and the grand Capitular Tower standing watch over the property.

The main level brings together a cozy living room and a well-equipped open kitchen with a welcoming dining area. It’s a simple, pleasant space — perfect for living, working, or entertaining.

On the upper floor, the main bedroom overlooks the living area through a wooden bow-window-style glass partition. Beneath the 15th-century beams and bathed in light, this bedroom invites you to slow down and settle in.

Downstairs, a second bedroom with a cocooning style offers a more intimate retreat. Each bedroom comes with its own private water space: an en-suite bathroom for one, and an independent bath for the other. The layout allows two people to share the apartment smoothly, whether for a few weeks or several months.

Chez Guillaume is designed for those who want to experience Toulouse differently — peacefully, centrally, with that rare feeling of living in a place that is vibrant, steeped in history, and naturally welcoming.

Finally, the apartment includes all the amenities needed for an exceptionally comfortable stay (flat screens, wifi, smart home system, washing machine, shared dryer, hangers, sheets, and towels).

It is part of our Les Divas collection: singular gems to experience Toulouse with flair and refinement.
