At the foot of our majestic 15th‑century Tour des Capitouls, the Café des Relais welcomes you each day in a warm, intimate setting steeped in history. Whether you are staying at Les Relais du Capitole or simply passing through the Capitole district, this peaceful Toulouse hideaway is open to everyone—for a gourmet break, a convivial breakfast, or a quiet moment to work.
Designed as a hybrid space between a breakfast room and a tearoom, the Café des Relais creates a bridge between heritage and modernity—just like our apartments.
Access: Upon entering the main courtyard, the Café is located directly on the ground floor, facing the courtyard.

Surrounded by vaulted ceilings and Toulouse’s iconic red brick, settle into the calm, away from the bustle of the city, and savor a selection of fine teas, hot chocolate, freshly pressed juices, and delicate sweet treats prepared with care.
